To create a brand identity and award winning logo design for a new company specialising in strengthening performance of senior leadership within large corporations through personal mentorship - specifically HR Directors. Communication and personal connection is at the heart of the identity communicating teamwork and working together to improve as a leader.

Creating a strong mark using an upper-case ‘N’ to create the crossbar of the ‘H’ creating something unique whilst also hiding interlocking speech bubbles in the negative space. A perfect example of expressing 1-2-1 communication.
